Welcome to Golden Years Homestead!

Our Ministry has enjoyed a longstanding tradition of excellence in senior housing and healthcare since our humble beginnings in 1971. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood setting between Georgetown and Maysville Point, we take tremendous pride in fulfilling the mission of Golden Years Homestead, as envisioned by our Founders, the Churches of Christ and Christian Churches, several decades ago. As a faith based, not for profit provider, our goal is to exceed the expectations of our residents in offering the full continuum of senior housing and healthcare, from independent living though end of life palliative care, in a secure and comfortable, Christian environment. 

Over the next 30 years, the population of senior citizens will grow by nearly 40 million. This demographic shift presents significant challenges, opportunities and responsibility to the senior housing and healthcare industry. Our affiliation with Greencroft Communities equips Golden Years Homestead with the expertise and operational efficiencies to help position us to grow responsibly and meet the challenges of the next generation while preserving our heritage and Christian values for those we serve today.
