Greencroft Communities announces new CEO
The entire Greencroft community is filled with hope and excitement for this new chapter.
Want to try yoga? Study a new subject? Take on woodworking? Meet friends for lunch? You can. Getting involved is a great way to support your own wellbeing – and make some great new friends in the process.
While you’ll have plenty of privacy at Greencroft Goshen, you’ll never be bored. Our community is built around the specific needs and interests of people ages 55 and up. And we provide a wide variety of fun and interesting opportunities for you to continue growing in mind, body, and spirit.
Tons to see and do. Feel free to explore.
The hub of activity, the Greencroft Goshen Community Center is an inviting, multi-purpose facility. Stop by for a visit to see what sparks your interest. Here is just a little of what’s available:
Greencroft Tours takes you to cultural, entertainment, and historical settings nearby or across the country. These tours are open to the community (so feel free to invite a friend). Learn more at the Community Center or call 547-537-4096.
For residents who do not wish to drive their own cars, bus and private transportation services are available.
You can take it easy knowing that we’ve got you covered. Security personnel are on duty round the clock. If an emergency arises, residents make one call to 9-1-1, which also alerts security at our 24-hour communications center. All residential and healthcare buildings have smoke and fire alarm systems.
If you want to learn more about yourself while helping others, consider volunteering at Greencroft Goshen. As a volunteer you’ll experience how making a difference in someone else’s life changes you and helps to build a stronger community. Call the Volunteer Coordinator at 574-537-4198.
Dealing with health issues or the responsibility of caring for someone else can feel overwhelming. In Greencroft Goshen support groups, you’ll meet people in similar situations, share experiences, and gain valuable information.
The Lifelong Learning Institute provides stimulating and affordable short courses in a variety of fields. No tests. No grades – just lively discussions and the joy of learning. No previous studies or degrees are required. You just need to be 55 or older and have a desire to learn. Check out some classes offered.
