Julia Sweeten Concert

Julia was born and raised in a Mennonite home in New York and graduated with a B. A. in Voice Performance. She has sung nearly all the major choral/orchestral works, was a church organist/choir director for 8 years and sang in classical and community choral groups from 1980 to 2015. She played piano for 60 years since the age of five. She retired from full time work in Dec. 2019. At that time she learned to play some new instruments: the penny whistle, mountain dulcimer and the harp. She will share something on each of these instruments. Be sure and come. It’s going to be fun!
