Construction is underway at The Orchard, our newest independent living community within Golden Years. This thoughtfully planned neighborhood of homes is designed for active seniors who desire a blend of comfort and community. These homes will offer modern amenities and spacious layouts while maintaining the high standard of living that residents have come to expect from Greencroft. With an emphasis on connection and well-being, The Orchard is positioned to provide seniors with a peaceful, fulfilling lifestyle.
 

Whispering Pines at Greencroft Goshen

We are thrilled to announce that Whispering Pines at Greencroft Goshen is entering its third expansion phase. This phase will include constructing additional independent living homes, contributing to the vibrant, close-knit community Whispering Pines has become known for. This expansion allows future residents to be part of a growing neighborhood where engagement and care are woven into daily life.
 

Transformational Renovations at Greencroft Goshen Healthcare

Our commitment to innovation and personalized care continues with the phase one transformational renovation of the healthcare wing at Greencroft Goshen. As part of this renovation, we are introducing The Cottages at Greencroft Goshen, a dedicated memory care program designed to provide specialized support to residents with memory challenges. The Cottages will offer a home­ like environment focusing on safety, dignity, and emotional well-being, ensuring our residents' the highest quality of care.
 

Oak Grove's Catered Living Apartments

Oak Grove is another community that has seen significant growth with the completion of its catered living apartments. These apartments are tailored to residents who require some assistance with daily activities but still desire independence. Additionally, Oak Grove has added a new elevator, making the community more accessible and improving overall convenience for residents.
 

Haven Pointe Apartments

Haven Pointe Apartments, our new independent living rental apartment complex, is currently under development. This project is designed to provide high-quality, independent living options in a more flexible rental format. The apartments will feature contemporary designs and access to various community amenities, making Haven Pointe an attractive option for seniors seeking an independent lifestyle with the added benefit of on-site services.
