Job Description:

Life Enrichment Aides will be responsible for promotion of daily and on-going activities for residents that meet emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of residents.

Duties include:

• Assist with planning, schedule, and implementing of activities and special events that promote the physical, social, educational, and spiritual well-being of residents at Southfield Village.
• Work collaboratively with other departments and volunteers to provide quality programs for residents.
• Participate in community planning related to the facility
• Encourage all residents to participate in activities

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent desirable but not required
• Specialized training or experience in gerontology desirable
• Experience in skilled care or residential services for the elderly desirable

Schedule: Full-time

• Full-time
• 9:00a-5:00p
• Rotates every other weekend.

• Day Shift: 6:30a-2:30p
• 4 Shifts Available – Part-Time
• Hourly rate based on experience
• $1.50 additional per hour for second shift.
• $1.50 additional per hour for third shift.
• Weekend shift pay: $1.50 additional per hour
• Weekends and Holidays: Must work a rotating schedule

Schedule:
Part-time/PRN
$1.50 additional per hour for second or third shift.
Weekend shifts pay: $1.50 additional per hour
