VP's Message

Walnut Hills is a special place. Right when you walk through the doors, there is a sense of peace and calmness, something not typically associated with the fast-paced world of health care. Our team members are amazing; many tell me they work here because it is their calling. They treat our community like it is their own home; it is incredibly clean, they provide compassionate care, tasty meals, plus they treat everyone like family.

Then there is the calming spirit that comes from the lifestyle in the rolling hills of Holmes County. We are so fortunate to be located right in the heart of Amish country where people of the area have a strong work ethic, family values, attention to details, friendly ways, and are passionate about their faith.

At the core of our campus you will find the residents who live here. What a caring, smart, supportive, fun loving group of individuals. Many of these people volunteer their time and talents on campus and with the area surrounding our Walnut Creek community. Between our team members, residents, and a leadership team that has each other’s backs, it is so nice to be surrounded by cheerful individuals with smiles and positive attitudes.

Lastly, we are so blessed to have a campus with breathtaking views and a culture that recharges one’s soul. Our personal goal here at Walnut Hills is simple: strive to make peoples’ lives better every day.
