Established in 1976 as a pioneer in Assisted Living, our Retirement Home offers both Catered Living apartments and Assisted Living suites. Individuals who live at our Retirement Home are independent and choose their services based on their needs and wants. This lifestyle option provides personal freedom for the individuals who live at Walnut Hills and peace of mind for their families.

• On-site fitness room, library, café, and guest apartment
• Full-time life enrichment director and volunteers provide a variety of social, exercise, and spiritual programs. 
• Respite available for care givers
• Certified by the ODA to provide Medicaid Waiver service at Assisted Living. Admissions will be based on availabilty. 

Catered Living helps residents fill the gap between living independently and needing just a little more assistance but not quite ready for assisted living services.

Our Road to Home program provides individuals a chance to get stronger and more confident before they return home following a Skilled/Rehab stay or after a hospital procedure, illness or emergency room visit. Road to Home allows the  family time to make sure an individual’s home is ready for his/her return. The program provides peace of mind for individuals and their families as they get stronger and more confident. The extra supervision and services at Road to Home can potentially reduce re-hospitalizations.
